Romantic / angelic.

What is it you loved about your GRACE gown and accessories?

I loved my gown because it made me feel angelic. I wanted something that was simplistic and looked like I was an angel sent from heaven.

Did you go to a GRACE showroom or purchase your gown online? Tell us about this experience.

My experience was so special. It all started from my work place Edwards and Co Gold Coast. I was one day talking to one of my friends Kylie and she recommended me a stylist and got me book in. I purchased my gown from the Gold Coast showroom. My stylist was Xania, she was so amazing throughout the whole process. I tried on the gown a few times to make sure the sizing was perfect. She recommended the pearl long veil and when she put it on me I knew that it was the one.

Describe your wedding day look…

My wedding day look was angelic/romantic. I wanted to feel effortlessly heavenly and this beautiful gown definitely made this happen. The perfect length Train, the low v cut back and the pearl veil.

How did he propose?

On the summers morning of 28th December of the year 2020 Chris woke up charlotte before light to go watch the sunrise. They stroll to the Angourie Point Headland where the land is surrounded by sea hand-in-hand. As the sunrise colours lit up the sky Chris dropped to one knee and asked Charlotte to marry him and spend the rest of their lives together. Chris and Charlotte walked together to the end of the back beach Angourie while the sun rose savouring the engagement and their love.wn! We got left behind the tour group and I was living for the good memory! Connar seemed a little on edge insisting we do something to get back to the tour. We ended up getting a new cart by the end of the tour and once we did the tour guide directed us to a different location than the rest of the group. My first initial thought was, “oh man, we’re in trouble. They think we broke the golf cart!” Instead, it took us to this private cliff where there were hundreds of roses and champagne lining the cliff's edge. The sunset was just setting perfectly over the water, the sky was pink, and of course… I said yes!

Any last advice or words of wisdom that you can share…

Enjoy the day, stay present and remember you are doing this to marry the love of your life so don’t sweat the small stuff.

What was the most stressful part to planning?

The most stressful parts where all the lock downs. We had to post pone ones. But I did make that day that much more special. The next funniest moments were right after the ceremony, all 10 of my bridesmaids took their shoes off and wore their slippers that I gifted them the rest of the day! They all were living their best lives, having fun, and the pictures with the slippers are adorable!

Any top beauty/health/fitness or wedding preparation advice that you can share…

I had skin needling done once a month for 3 months before also having regular facials the month before. I ate completely clean for about 4 months so my skin was so perfect and glow and my body was so healthy. This included no sweets at Christmas time which was so worth it because it made me feel so amazing.
